For the health and safety of all attendees we ask that you please do not attend this event in-person if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or other communicable illnesses. COVID-19 vaccines are not required to attend datasecAI Conference 2026.

How do I make changes to my hotel reservation?

Check in is 4:00pm CT, and check out is 11:00am CT.

Which airport do I fly into?

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is about 19 miles from Hyatt Regency Dallas and Dallas Love Field (DAL) is about 7 miles from Hyatt Regency Dallas.

Are hotel accommodations provided?

Attendees are responsible for covering their own hotel nightly rate, taxes, incidental, and associated fees. All attendees will receive a link to book their hotel via the conference’s room block upon completion of their registration. The datasecAI Conference 2026 will not host hotel nights for any sales leaders, consultants, marketing, or sponsoring organizations. 

Can I extend my stay at the Hyatt Regency Dallas?

If you would like to extend your stay at the Hyatt Regency Dallas, please indicate your preferred dates during registration. Extensions are subject to availability.

Is ground transportation provided to and from the airport?

Transportation costs are not hosted within registration for general attendees. For those not local to Dallas, we suggest using a ride share or taxi from DFW or DAL airport to the Hyatt Regency Dallas. 

 I am local to Dallas. Is my parking complimentary with my registration and attendance?

No, attendees are responsible for covering their own parking at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. 

May I bring a guest?​

No, guests are not allowed. If you have a business colleague who would like to join, please have them submit a separate registration. 

What is the dress code?

The dress code for this event is business casual.

What will the weather be like in Dallas in November?

Daily temperatures for Dallas in November have highs of 57°F (14°C) and lows of 49°F (9°C).

Is there a fitness center onsite?

The hotel features a StayFit™ Gym, which is available 24 hours a day. This spacious facility is equipped with a variety of cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights. Additionally, the gym offers amenities such as loaner Bose headsets and flat-screen TVs to enhance your workout experience.

Does my attendance qualify for CPE Credits?

After attending datasecAI Conference 2026 on November 9 - 11, you are eligible to earn up to 16 CPE Credits. Additional CPE Credits are available if you attend a certification course on Nov 9 or 11.

You must request your CPE Credit Confirmation letter at global.events@cyera.io between November 11 and December 19, 2026. After December 19, 2026 we will no longer be able to provide a CPE Credit Confirmation letter. 

Am I guaranteed a seat in either the Certified AI Trust Practitioner or Security for AI Fundamentals Certification courses?

Seats are limited and not guaranteed because you have registered. You will be notified with a final confirmation of your approved attendance in your selected Fundamentals Certification course shortly after you have been approved to attend datasecAI Conference 2026. 

Am I eligible to attend the Technical Advisory Board meetings on November 9 if I register for datasecAI Conference 2026?

Attendance at the Advisory Board meetings on November 9th are by invitation only.

Will datasecAI Conference 2026 be live streamed?

No, the conference will not be live streamed, but Cyera will be hosting regional summits. Cities and dates will be announced later this year. 

What is the Cancellation policy and process?

To cancel your attendance at datasecAI Conference 2026 please email cyeraevents@tiedtogether.net or you can adjust your registration in the registration portal.
